 Rear Screens
 
Before & after rear screen replacement The most fragile part of many soft tops are their flexible rear screen. Cared
for correctly the soft top’s rear screen should match the life
of the soft top itself.
If the rear screen has been scratched beyond repair with age, cleaning &
UV Damage and has become opaque or cracked, a replacement rear screen
is more cost effective than a complete soft top.
It is important that the correct
rear screen material - normally Vybak® -
is used.
 
Before & after soft top replacement There are different qualities of rear screen material available
- not all are UV resistant or the correct manufacturers specified
thickness and flexibility Our UV Resistant rear screens will withstand
the drying and shrinking process that causes clouding and cracking
of inferior rear screens caused by the sun’s harmful UV rays
for up to ten years and more.
On completion of fitting your
new rear screen we will give you all the necessary after care information
to maintain and prolong its “new soft top” appearance.
Remember! A Quality rear screen replacement should
always have the appearance of hard glass.
